I recently made a decision to take control of my weight and overall well-being. My friend suggested to me that I order a subscription to Women's Health, and told me that it is a really motivational magazine for someone who wants to eat well and work out. I took her advice and have been a dedicated reader and avidly interested in the articles and suggestions on fitness and dieting. Its content is extremely positive and uplifting. When I am reading Women's Health, I realize that I am not alone in my struggles to better my lifestyle and I love reading about other real women out there who are working towards the same goals as I am. I highly suggest a subscription to Women's Health to anyone who needs that extra push in the right direction.
If I had to pick just one magazine to subscribe to, it would be Women's Health. Issue after issue, this magazine does not skimp on content or quality. It is always packed with the latest news and the best articles offering the guidance that women really want and need. It is a magazine for real women. Unlike magazines like Vogue or Harper's Bazaar which expose women to a digestable version of a fantasy world, Women's Health addresses real needs, concerns and issues that face the average woman. If you do subscribe, you should probably have some concern or interest in your health. If not, you won't find many of the health and fitness-related articles interesting or useful. What I most like about Women's Health is that yes, it is centered around an idea of overall wellness and healthy living. But it does not limit itself to this focus, as issues cover fashion, beauty and more. The articles are well-written, the facts are trust-worthy and researched, and the layouts are beautifully done. Overall, Women's Health is an inspirational lifestyle magazine that has a lot of depth and much to be proud of!
