Summary of Duties:
- Handling of customer service calls and emails.
- Investigation & resolution of customer issues.
- General analysis of customer service trends.
- Responsible for monitoring the functionality of customser service systems.
- Maintains quality and productivity, while remaining friendly and informative.
- Actively seeks solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel including
possible solutions or suggestions.
- Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer email response times.
- Understands and correctly uses Customer Service Tools.
- Utilizes a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research
and review policies and communicate effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- College degree.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Ability to draft clear & grammatically correct customer communications.
- Above average Internet research abilities.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Plus Skills:
- Experience working in a high-volume processing environment.
- Experience with phone and/or online customer service.
