I love this magazine because it not only focuses eating healthier but also having a healthier lifestyle. The recipes range from quick and easy to more elaborate, and come with nutritional tables. The content of the articles addresses travel, exercise, beauty and decorating ideas to give an overview of healthy lifestyles. Some people take issue with the fact that this magazine does not only relate to food, but I think the articles on lifestyle issues make this a more well-rounded magazine. The layout and photography is fantastic, the ingredients are easily attainable, and the health tips (like what foods give you what vitamins)are invaluable. If you want to improve your overall health this magazine is a great first step!
