Placing an Order

Delivery Times

Weekly or more frequently published magazine should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks of your order. The first issue of a magazine published 10 to 12 times a year should arrive within 6 to 8 weeks and sometimes up to 10 weeks depending on the publication. Less frequently published magazines, such as quarterly or magazines not published on a regular schedule, can take up to 11 weeks. These are standard industry lead times and every effort will be made to expedite your order. Please note that your subscription ultimately starts when you receive your first issue, not when you place your order. This simply means that you will receive all the issues you subscribed to or be promptly refunded as our policy states.

Refunds

You can request refunds through our Subscription Manager. Per our guarantee, you get a full refund if you decide to cancel a magazine within 90 days of placing your order (risk free trial period). If you are beyond the trial period you may cancel at any time for a pro-rated refund of all the unmailed issues left in your subscription.

Renewing an Existing Order

You may always renew an existing magazine (no matter how or where you originally subscribed) through our site. The additional issues will be added to your existing subscription. To avoid any issues please make sure that the name and address you use match the label from your current subscription.

Promotional Offers

We currently offer our best deals on our website. We do not have authorization to honor promotional offers NOT advertised on Magazine-Agent.com. If you have information on and wish to take advantage of an alternative offer (for example one that includes a temporary lower price, coupon, additional issues or a free gift), we suggest that you follow the redemption instructions outlined in the offer. If you are looking to fulfill a particular rate offered on your invoice you will need to contact the publisher directly. Gift Subscriptions & Gift Cards

Magazines make great gifts and we make them easy to order as gifts! For no additional charge we will give you the choice of either mailing a gift card or sending a custom e-card to announce your gift.top

Payment Options

Magazine-Agent accepts debit and credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not currently accept check payments or offer any “Bill Me Later” options. We are looking to expand our payment options and hope to add PayPal, Google Checkout and check payments in the near future. If you received a bill in the mail, it was *NOT* from Magazine-Agent.com and we will be unable to assist you.top

Ordering Multiple Copies

We do not currently support ordering multiple copies of the same magazine to the same name and address. You may order multiple copies but will need to order subscriptions 1 at a time and use different names. Even then it is possible that the publisher will combine your orders together. While we would love your business, we would suggest that you contact the publisher directly to place a bulk order.top

Canadian and International Orders

At this time we only accept orders for delivery in the United States. You must also have a valid United States billing address.top

Risk-Free Guarantee

Your complete satisfaction is always our top priority at Magazine-Agent.com. If you find that within the first three months of placing your order that you are not 100% satisfied — for any reason — let us know and we will gladly give you a full, prompt refund. After three months, if you find that you no longer wish to receive a magazine, we will be happy to provide a pro-rated refund for any unserved issues.top

Managing Your Subscription

Changing Your Address

You can easily update your address using our Subscription Manager for any subscription ordered through us. Please note that it may take up to 6 weeks for your address change to take effect. In the meantime the post-office should forward your magazines. Please let us know if you should miss an issue during this transition so that we may issue an appropriate credit to your account.top

Canceling a Subscription

Don’t like the magazine? No problem! Cancelling is easy via the Subscription Manger. Just login and select cancel from the left hand side of the screen. Any refund due will be posted to your account within 5 business days.top

Reporting Duplicate Issues

Oops, this sometimes happens but we are here to help. Just use the Subscription Manager to report duplicate delivery and we will contact the publisher to get the subscriptions combined and extended for any duplicates.top

Subscription Manager Overview

The Subscription Manager allows you to keep track of all of your subscriptions ordered on Magazine-Agent.com. Login using the e-mail address and password entered when you placed your order. If you entered an e-mail address, but have not yet set up a password, or forgot it, you can set or reset your password at the Subscription Manager homepage. If you did not set up your account using an e-mail address and/or password, but you placed your magazine order through Magazine-Agent, simply create an account using a valid e-mail address. After logging in, use the Find/Add Subscriptions feature to add your subscriptions to your account by using your confirmation number or select billing information. *Please note that if you did not order through Magazine-Agent.com, you cannot track and manage your subscriptions through our service. You will have to contact the magazine directly or the company through which you ordered. Phone numbers are available by clicking the "Phone Numbers" link at the bottom of any page.top

Expiration Date and Issues Left

The expiration date/issues left indicator in your Subscription Manager is an estimate based on standard publisher lead times. It does not account for any delays, frequency changes or possible unforeseen problems that might occur. If your subscription begins after the estimated date, it is likely that the "issues left" indicator will be incorrect. Rest assured that your subscription WILL serve the full term of issues purchased. You may adjust the expiration date in your Subscription Manager. The mailing label on your magazine has an expiration date which is going to be the correct one 90% of the time, but again, we won't know what date that is until you receive the first issue. So it is very possible that the account manager's expiration date doesn't match the mailing label expiration date. If it doesn't, please update it in your account manager (or let us know what the expiration date on the label says and we'll do it for you) so you can accurately manage your renewals. top

Volume. Because of the volume of subscriptions that we sell in a given year we are able to negotiate the low prices found on our website. It is importatnt to note that all of our offers are authorized directly by the publisher for Internet sales.top

What is your return policy?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. If you cancel within 90 days of ordering you will get a full refund of the purchase price. After 90 days you will get a prorated refund for any issues remaining in your subscripiton.top
