SAFE-RENEW – The hassle free way to ensure uninterrupted delivery of your favorite
magazines at unbelievable prices!
Our Safe-Renew Program is an innovative new program that allows us to act as your
authorized subscription manager to ensure that you receive uninterrupted delivery
of your favorite magazines. When your subscription is enrolled in the Safe-Renew
Program you will:
- Never miss an issue of your favorite magazine
- Avoid renewal notices and telemarketing calls
- Always receive the lowest price publicly available on Magazine-Agent.com for your
renewal
Note that from time-to-time we offer promotions for new subscribers on certain magazines.
These promotions are clearly marked on the page along side of our regular price.
In the event that your magazine is scheduled to automatically renew while a promotion
is running you will be charged our regular price for your renewal.
Each renewal term will continue annually unless otherwise posted. 30 days before your subscription expires, we'll notify you that
your subscription is about to be renewed. You may opt out of the automatic renewal
at anytime (without any further obligation) by logging into our subscription manager
or by calling 877-MAGS-750.
Here are some more details about the Safe-Renew Program:
- Notification: We will email and mail you a postcard listing the price and term of
your auto-renewal offer. Again, you can rest assured that your subscription rate
will be the best publicly available offer available on Magazine-Agent.com. Note
that we will never share your email address with anyone.
- Payment: We use the credit card provided when you first ordered your subscription.
You may change the credit card on file at any time by logging on to our subscription
manager. If our attempts to charge your card are unsuccessful, we will notify you
via email giving you an opportunity to provide an alternate card. You also have
the option to be billed for your subscription in monthly installments.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at anytime and receive a pro-rated
refund for all un-mailed issues. You can also remove your subscription from the
Safe-Renew Program at anytime by visiting our subscription manager.
- Timing: The automatic renewal of your subscription order will be placed 30 days
after we send you notification.
- Eligibility: We offer automatic renewal terms on select magazines. If this option
is available for a particular title, you will see 'automatic renewal' as an attribute
on the detail page and in the magazine subscription manager. Please note that we
may cancel the automatic renewal service at any time if that subscription option
is not available at the time of your renewal.
- Existing Subscriptions: If you are already a subscriber and want to enable your
subscription to automatically renew, locate your subscription in the magazine subscription
manager and update your preferences accordingly.
- Changing Your Safe-Renew Preference: You can update your automatic renewal settings
anytime by visiting our Magazine Subscription Manager.
