What if the first issue does not arrive within 90-days of purchase?
Weekly or more frequently published magazines should arrive within 4-6 weeks of
placing an order. The first issue of a magazine published between 10 and 12 times
a year should arrive within 6 to 8 weeks, and sometimes up to 10 weeks depending
on the particular title. Less frequently published magazines, such as quarterly
or bimonthly titles, can take up to 11 weeks for delivery. Please note that these
are standard industry lead times, and every effort will be made to expedite your
order. With this said, our 90-day money-back guarantee can be extended for quarterly
and bimonthly publications due to the additional lead time for a title’s first issue
delivery.
Issuing Refunds
Our company only accepts debit or credit card as form of payment at the time of
order. In the same regard, we are only able to issue a refund credited back to the
exact account that was originally charged. In the case that the debit or credit
card that was used for purchase with Magazine-Agent.com is no longer active, it
is the financial institution’s responsibility with which the account is associated
to transfer the issued credit appropriately.
Again, our company cannot issue a refund to an account that differs from the one
used for payment at the time of purchase, nor are we able to send a refund in the
form of check or money order.
