So many other DIY/Improvement magazines are skill-specific or show homes I couldn't even begin to afford. They feature projects where the material costs are as much as buying something new. My husband is frustrated with the DIY cable shows - "always
a zillion people helping at once" and "the redo is fiinshed in a couple of hours or days."
WorkBench shows a great range of ideas, projects, skill levels, and materials. Finally, it's just what we need for our little 50's bungalow fixer-upper. I always seem to bookmark at least 3 features per issue. Your magazine is clear, concise, has great photos, and good advise. I anxiously await the next issue in the mail - and immediately sit down to pause with a cup of coffee when it does.
Keep up the good work & Thanks !
